Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.
Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
More than 7 years of overall sales experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the current sales role, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience with international Sales, demonstrating hands-on experience in structured sales environments.
Ability and willingness to work at least 3 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of the international market dynamics.
