Generator Supervisor at Fix234

Responsible for daily direction and supervision of the Generator Service department and Service Technicians.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee the daily operations of the generator service department.
• Experience with Installation, Servicing and repairs of CUMMINS and MANTRAC Power generators
• Manage the distribution of Generator Technician workloads
• Direct the activities of Generator and Marine
• Manage costs to achieve margin
• Ensure the appropriate manpower and supplies are available to complete work
• Review in progress and completed jobs to verify the scope of work completed appropriately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist Operation Manager in responding to and handling customers' service
• Establish work standards for Generator and Technicians
• May handle issues related to warranty work requests.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new technicians
• Assist Operation Manager with evaluating Technician overall performance including productivity and efficiency metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate or OND and 3 years related experience

• Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively supervise
• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given
• Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken
• Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company
• Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Prior supervisory experience in servicing, repairs, installation , and procurement of Generators
