• Builds systems, not bottlenecks—hands-on, agile, and metrics-obsessed
• Comfortable recruiting A-players and removing weak links
• Thinks like an owner, acts like a tactician, speaks like a visionary

Core Responsibilities

• Drive exponential growth across all Three Ace units
• Oversee company heads: Energy, Technology, Salt Beach
• Build and track KPIs across departments
• Lead investor readiness: financials, decks, pitches
• Hire, fire, and optimize leadership team performance
• Implement systems: finance, HR, operations
• Deliver monthly reports directly to the Chairman

 Performance Expectations (First 3 Months)

• Increase group revenue by at least 25%
• Reduce operational inefficiencies by 30%
• Restructure leadership to match high-growth pace
• Launch at least 1 new revenue stream in any unit
• Align brand and reporting into unified investor-ready format

Bonus Traits:

• Ex-McKinsey, Bain, or similar background
• Startup grit + corporate discipline
• Investor relationship experience
• Knows how to scale in West Africa, but can pitch globally.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 8-15 years experience.
