    General Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s daily operations and long-term strategies.
    • The General Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments.
    • Lead and mentor departmental heads, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to improve operational metrics.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and cost optimization.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to protect the company’s interests.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings
    • Improving efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company
    • Managing staff, overseeing budget, employing marketing strategies, and ensuring all facets of the business runs smoothly

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the tech industry (5+ years).
    • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial planning, performance analysis, and budget management.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
    • Familiarity with software development and hosting solutions is a strong advantage.
