Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee the operations of a leading smart card manufacturing company.
• The GM will ensure efficiency in production, quality control, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• This role requires a proven leader with financial expertise, people management skills, and strong business development capability.
• The GM will partner with the Managing Director to shape business strategy, organizational development, and compliance, while driving sales growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations including production, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee financial performance, reporting, and compliance in collaboration with Finance.
• Drive sales strategies, build client relationships, and expand market presence.
• Provide strong people leadership — coaching, mentoring, and structuring teams for success.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO quality standards.
• Represent the company at key industry, banking, and stakeholder events.
• Drive innovation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Production Management, Finance, or related fields
• Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) required.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing/printing, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of people leadership and organizational restructuring.
• Strong background in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial and operational management.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
