Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the engineering or construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
