Job Description

• Oversee Operations, Administration and Business Development departments in the company.
• Oversee and improve manufacturing operations; establishing and driving production goals and developing organizational structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training.
• Oversee the process of hiring, training, and managing employees and provide guidance to leadership teams.
• Evaluate employee performance and productivity
• Direct and manage organisational business activities
• Evaluate financial and staff performance and productivity within the organization
• Assist with budget preparations for all operation units within the organization.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the organization
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
• Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the units offering services to customers
• Research and identify growth opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Master's degree in Business
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a managerial position in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic.
• Computer literate.
