About the Role

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, strategic planning, business development, and team leadership. This is a critical leadership position that will play a key role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership across all company operations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and timely delivery of all construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Drive business development efforts including client relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Monitor financial performance, cost control, and resource allocation across projects.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular performance reports to the board and make recommendations for growth and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, contracts, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make high-level decisions in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
