Our Client, a loss adjustment firm, is seeking a General Manager responsible for overseeing the implementation of the firm's strategic direction and managing the administrative operations of the firm; including supervising all admin/support staff; evaluating and managing the firm's contracts and operations with our principals.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall leadership and direction to the business development teams through effective and efficient supervision of key activities critical to accomplishing the company’s strategic goals and plans
Ensure the implementation of the firm’s business and operational strategies and policies by ensuring compliance with all Industry
Requirements - NAICOM, CIIN, ILAN Inclusive.
Take responsibility for Technical Training, performance in production, collection and profitability
Review, negotiate and monitor all existing and new jobs as the need arises.
Work with Managing Director in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of employees
Identify, establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our Principals, Brokers, Re insurers and other Adjusters through professionalism and Integrity.
Decompose, translate and communicate Board and Management decisions to the team and ensure proper execution
Delegating daily tasks. Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Management and Board of Directors.
High level of professionalism, exemplary teamwork and excellent leadership qualities
Requirements
10-15 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
