We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of a new hotel in Asaba.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, building a strong team, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple departments and maintain high operational standards
