Gender Integration Analyst at Solina Centre for International Development and Research (SCIDaR)

Role Summary

• The Gender M&E Officer will support the Gender Integration Specialist in strategizing, implementing, tracking, and documenting gender mainstreaming activities within SCIDaR in a bid to ensure effective gender mainstreaming and performance measurement and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.

Core Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics, Data Analytics and Information Systems Management, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation or related research roles, demonstrating their ability to design and implement monitoring and evaluation activities, analyze data, and contribute to reporting;
• Demonstrated experience in designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks with a focus on gender integration and mainstreaming;
• Knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies, including experimental design, sampling techniques, data quality assurance, research ethics, and data protection methods;
• Strong data collection and analytical skills with proficiency in at least one of STATA, SPSS, R, and/or Excel (advanced functions);
