    Gas Plant Manager

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for an experienced Gas Plant Manager to oversee the company’s operations. The Gas Plant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring a safe, efficient, and profitable operation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing gas plant operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing the day-to-day activities of the plant.
    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas plant, including production, maintenance, and distribution activities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
    • Manage plant personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, and promote a safe work environment.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that plant operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Prepare reports on plant performance, including production data, maintenance records, and cost data.
    • Manage plant budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure that operational targets are met.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in engineering or a related field.
    • License to operate a gas plant.
    • Must have HSE certificate.
    • 2 years minimum experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of gas plant processes, equipment, and technologies.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proximity to the Island is important.
