Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Facility Manager located in Lekki.
• The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of properties, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Duties include planning and coordinating facility services, supervising maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, preparing budgets, troubleshooting building issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Facility Management, including building operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience in Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Procurement processes.
• Excellent Organizational, Leadership, and Team Management abilities.
• Proficiency in Compliance and Risk Management, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills.
• Proven experience in Real Estate or Property Management is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA) are beneficial.
