    Fullstack Integrated Cloud Customer Support Software Engineer

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a Fullstack Integrated Cloud Customer Support Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at eMedic Technologies Inc.
    • This role involves supporting customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with our full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud-based solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related to our full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to customers.
    • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to understand and resolve complex issues.
    • Maintain and improve the functionality of our cloud applications.
    • Assist in the deployment of updates and fixes to the cloud infrastructure.
    • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Monitor system performance and application analytics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    • Document technical issues and solutions, maintaining an updated knowledge base for internal and customer use.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance the quality of our software solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations concerning data and privacy.
    • Provide training and guidance to junior support staff and customers as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React, Material UI is a plus.
    • Strong experience with backend and server-side languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Java, Python, .NET, or PHP.
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB etc.
    • Experience with multiple cloud platforms and multi cloud integrations and deployments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Alibaba, Oracle).
    • Understanding of security practices and data protection.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
