Qualifications
- Front Desk Supervisor:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or guest service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
