The Front Office Manager serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience. This role is responsible for managing reception duties, handling inquiries, coordinating office logistics, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
What You’ll Work On
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications appropriately.
Manage office access, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes when required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference or meeting setups.
Assist with general office administration including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception and common areas are organized and professional.
Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and document management.
Report any office maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a front desk, administrative, or office assistant role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
