Front Desk / Student Relations Officer (SRO) at Adorable British College

Responsibilities

• Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Students data for informed decision making.
• Manage CRM functions.
• Sustain and improve on Brand reputation.

Requirements

• Must possess a basic qualification (OND, HND, B.Sc, etc.) in relevant field like: Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Accountancy, Computer Science, Law,or any Social Sciences field etc.
• A minimum of 1 year proven experience Relations Management.
• Generic understanding of the Nigerian Education Sector.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be proficient in data entry
• Must be fluent in English language
• Female gender is preferred but not exclusive
• Previous experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
• Interpersonal skills and communication is required
• Must be hardworking and self-confident
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to prepare a report
• Must have student management relationship skill
