Front Desk Officer

Location: Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Execute incoming guest registrations and check-out administration is processed timely and orderly..
- Good handling of all guests' enquiries and complaints.
- Greet and attend to guests.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining the reception area is clean and organized, updating records and files, maintaining schedules.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND
- Possess a good customer service working attitude.
- Have at least two (2) years of working experience in a similar role.
- Able to commence employment immediately.
- Should have a good attitude
- Must be composed and dresses well
- Male gender preferably.
