Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Lagos.
• The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and handling office administration tasks.
• Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining office equipment, and performing general administrative support.
• The role requires strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff members.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and interaction
• Experience in Receptionist Duties such as managing phone calls and greeting visitors
• Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
• Proficiency with Office Equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers
• Office Administration skills including scheduling, filing, and general administrative support
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
• Proximity to location is highly considered
