Front Desk Management: Greet clients, students, and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression for everyone who enters the studio.
Client & Student Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries—both in person and via phone or email—providing accurate information about our services and programs.
Administrative Duties: Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and maintain up-to-date records of visits and communications.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
Facility Oversight: Keep the reception area neat and presentable, reflecting the creative and professional standards of Orange VFX.
Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with basic office tasks as needed.
Visitor Management: Monitor visitor access and maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training or certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook). Ability to quickly learn new software or studio systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to converse clearly and professionally with clients, students, and staff.
Professional Appearance: Well-groomed and dressed in accordance with company standards, presenting a polished and positive image for Orange VFX.
Experience: Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is preferred, especially within a creative, educational, or corporate environment.
Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to remain composed under pressure.
Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining client and student privacy.
Punctuality & Reliability: Dependable, with a strong commitment to timeliness and consistent attendance.
