    Front Desk Officer/Office Administrator

    A prestigious automobile sales and logistics company is looking to hire a Front Desk Officer/Office Administrator.

    Job Description

    • Greet and welcome guests that come to the office premises in a friendly & professional manner.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as per the defined procedure.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
    • Provide basic and accurate information about the organization in person and via phone/email.
    • Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents .
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
    • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
    • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned


    • Bachelors’ degree in any related field
    • Minimum of two(2) years’ experience in managing a administration and customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience as a front desk officer is also helpful.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
    • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
