Front Desk Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 6 years
- Location Oyo
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service , Food, Beverage and Hospitality
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Guest Reception: Welcome guests warmly, check them in and out, and issue room keys while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, confirm group reservations, and manage cancellations or modifications
- Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services, and resolve complaints or issues promptly
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, maintain accurate records, handle phone calls and emails, and manage billing statements .
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff, including concierges, housekeeping, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
