Job Summary:

• We're seeking an experienced Front Desk Executive to manage our office operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology or related sciences, excellent communication skills, and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Identify business prospects and direct inquiries to relevant departments
• Monitor front office area, attend to visitors, and handle communications
• Generate weekly reports, manage mail and call registrations
• Escalate issues to line manager and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field (2:1 minimum)
• 2-4 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
