    Front Desk & Customer Support Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk & Customer Support Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing inquiries and supporting basic operational needs.
    • The role also includes handling the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and responding to content that promotes the brand and engages clients.
    • The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-spoken, tech-savvy, and organized.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome clients and visitors warmly, directing them to appropriate departments or staff.
    • Manage the front office phone lines, respond to walk-in inquiries, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized visitor log.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
    • Maintain a tidy and presentable front office area.
    • Respond to customer inquiries about forex services, rates, requirements, and complaints via in-person, phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide basic information on KYC documentation and onboarding steps.
    • Follow up on customer service requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
    • Assist operations team in logging transaction inquiries and client requests.
    • Manage the company’s official social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
    • Create and schedule engaging content (e.g., exchange rate updates, service promotions, FAQs, testimonials).
    • Monitor online engagement and respond to DMs, comments, and tags in a timely, professional manner.
    • Escalate sensitive online feedback or complaints to management or compliance as needed.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years' experience in front desk, customer service, or social media roles (preferably in a financial service or BDC environment)
    • Knowledge of Crypto, USDT, is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and CRM/chat platforms.
    • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Friendly demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a good command of English.
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
    • Female candidate preferred

    Salary
    N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
