Front Desk / Business Development Officer at Rosettee Construction

Job Description
We are looking to hire a female Front Desk/Business Development Officer to undertake all receptionist duties. The candidate will:

• Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office
• Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary
• Provide administrative support across the organisation
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Organise and maintain files and records
• Greet visitors and set positive office area
• Develop strategies in reaching out to prospective clients
• Conduct regular facility inspection, document, and take necessary action duties at the front desk.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• Proven experience as front desk representative
• Solid written and oral communication skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Proximity to Ikeja is a must.

Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 monthly.
