Founding Volunteer Director, Strategy and Implementation at Women Reform Organization

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder and President to lead the implementation of WRO/GEW’s strategic priorities, including:

• Development and management of the GEW master implementation plan
• Coordination of partner activation and agreed deliverables
• Planning of the GEW Strategic Launch, Partnership Forum and International Press Conference
• Speaker and delegate mobilisation
• Coordination of volunteer workstreams and functional leads
• Preparation of weekly implementation and performance reports
• Management of timelines, risks, action points and institutional follow-up
• Support for programme, resource mobilisation and stakeholder-engagement activities

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Programme or project management
• Strategy execution and operational delivery
• Conference or institutional event planning
• Partnership and stakeholder management
• Development-sector or nonprofit programmes
• Government, corporate or international relations
• Team and volunteer coordination

The ideal candidate should be:

• Highly organised and accountable
• Strong in professional writing and communication
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
• Confident in following up and holding teams accountable
• Skilled in developing workplans, trackers and progress reports
• Available to commit approximately 15–20 hours weekly
• Motivated by measurable impact, not merely by title
