    Founders Associate

    Position Overview:

    • The Founders Associate at PharmaRun will work directly with the founders to support the execution of strategic initiatives and daily operations.
    • A Founder's Associate (FA) is a strategic role that involves working closely with company founders to help shape their vision and strategy.
    • The ideal candidate is expected to have strong business acumen and the ability to think critically about the company's direction and growth.
    • They also need to be able to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
    • The role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the workings of a high-growth company and to contribute to its success.
    • The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:

    •  Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects and initiatives related to Pharmarun
    •  Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure successful project completion.

    Research and Analysis:

    •  Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making
    •  Analyze business performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to optimize operations.

    Strategic Initiatives:

    •  Participate in strategic planning sessions and help develop business strategies to enhance service efficiency and expand market reach.
    •  Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Event Planning:

    •  Organize and manage company events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.

    Communication:

    •  Draft and manage communications, including emails, presentations, and internal memos.
    •  Represent the founders in meetings and communications when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in consulting or in a high-growth startup environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
