Develop & implement food service strategies nationally.
Responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product.
Handle redistribution model of sales.
Establish, maintain & expand customer base with the help of his/her team and pursue appropriate opportunities.
Ensure delivery of sales targets by individual Food service Sales Supervisors and his/her team as a whole.
Generate required Market intelligence accurately per pre-decided fixed frequency to generate insights to aid the right decisions related to pricing, promotion etc.
Establish Vendor and Inventory Management processes that maximize supplier performance and minimize supply chain costs.
Help define and administer sales plans and objectives in conjunction with the Sales management team.
Provides sales results and updates as requested.
Develops close working relationship with the general Sales team and coordinates training necessary for them to understand and execute the company’s goals.
Collaborates with senior Sales team members to develop and implement a company driven sales plan for revenue growth.
Requirements:
Relevant Sales Management Experience in a reputable FMCG company
Should have handled redistribution model sales.
Should be able to handle a team of multiple sales supervisors.
Possess visionary traits and leadership, which identify future opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
Relevant Degree or professional Certificate in Marketing or Sales
