Procurement Graduate Intern at ExxonMobil

The procurement intern provides a variety of specialized and non-specialized transactional support services, ensuring consistency and quality of work steps completed.
Activities performed will depend on the team assignment; therefore, some responsibilities may not be applicable to all roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content
• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts, LTAs, or their Amendments
• Client Relationships / Stakeholder Management
• National Content data review and analysis
• Data management and analysis
• Document control support

About you - Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a Nigerian citizen
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting / Business Management / Social Science/Engineering/ Law degree or other related degrees
• NYSC Completion (Discharge or Exemption certificate)
• Not more than 2 years post NYSC completion.
