Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and kitchen
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest service
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Leverage personal customer base to boost patronage and brand visibility

Ideal Candidate

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc Degree with 3-12 years work experience.
• Proven experience in F&B supervision or management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
• Must have an existing customer base and network within the hospitality or lifestyle space
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
