    FMCG Regional Sales Manager (Kano)

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and building team
    • Ensuring the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward.
    • Making sales policy
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients and training team members to handle various accounts
    • Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
    • Setting sales target for the sales team while managing the performance of sales managers
    • Working towards achieving short and long term sales goals with strategic determination
    • Developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
    • Proven experience in managing FMCG team
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a regional sales manager in the FMCG industry
    • Ideal candidate must be capable of achieving high sales targets through strategic planning and execution
    • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
    • Previous experience in a B2B, or B2C sector is an added advantage
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
