Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Drive process optimization, productivity improvements, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control processes across production.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of cumulative experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a leadership role such as Head of Unit, Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Hands-on experience in seed oil refining is
