• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Officer to join our Logistics Department.
• The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the company’s fleet, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across all vehicles and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and track fleet operations to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to company transport policies, safety standards, and route schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and liaise with the workshop team to minimize downtime.
• Handle driver discipline, documentation, and ensure compliance with road regulations.
• Assist in cost control by monitoring fuel efficiency, repairs, and general fleet expenses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
• Good understanding of truck operations and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet tracking tools is an advantage.
