• Accountabilities

Performance Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand budget requirements and address financial concerns.
• Oversee the effective utilization and maintenance of financial reporting systems.
• Quality Assurance
• Verify the accuracy of financial data used in reports, statements, and analyses.
• Implement measures to minimize errors and ensure precision in financial reporting.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial data and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Implement measures to maintain the integrity of financial data throughout the reporting process.
• Perform periodic data integrity checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.
• Address any issues raised during audits promptly and implement corrective actions.

Qualification & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• ICAN or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in financial reporting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
