Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analyst at Redeemers Health Village in Redemption Camp, Mowe, Ogun State.
• The Financial Planning and Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and utilizing analytical skills to support the organization's financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor cost-saving initiatives and ensure financial compliance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver periodic financial reports and presentations to management.
