JOB SUMMARY
To lead and manage the operational performance of the Finance department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategies and objectives through strong leadership and commercial focus, excellent communication and customer service, regulatory compliance and a robust system of internal controls and policies, acting as Finance Business Partner to individual projects and the organization.
To manage the efficient and effective day to day running of the Finance department and develop the team to ensure the department has sufficient knowledge, skills, experience and capacity to meet the requirements of the business and any other ‘Businesses’ under the remit of Rapid Rentals Limited; To be responsible for ensuring that financial information is provided in a clear, timely and accurate manner to support and influence decision making and satisfying all reporting requirements.
