Salary: N800,000 monthly gross

Role Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Financial Controller to oversee our company's financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, implement internal controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
