Financial Accountant at a Reputable Company

Key Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of Sales , deposits and Expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records: Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions using accounting software and tools.
• Prepare financial statements: Create accurate and timely financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform financial analysis: Analyse and interpret financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations: Comply with relevant accounting principles, laws, and standards to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with other teams to develop annual budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial projections.
• Support audits: Assist in internal and external audits by organizing and providing necessary financial documents and reports.
• Facilitate payment of invoices and bills due by sending bill reminders to the COO

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Accountant and Operations personnel or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in accounting software , ERP (ZOHO)  and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

Renumerations Range :

• 200k - 300k  / Month + Performance incentive + HMO
