Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Lagos Island.
• The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and monitor the overall financial health of the organization.
• Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, managing internal financial controls, and providing leadership to the finance team.
• The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to optimize financial performance and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
• Experience in regulatory compliance and implementation of internal controls
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities to manage and mentor a finance team
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software and financial tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or certification such as ACA/ACCA is an advantage)
• Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the financial services sector
