This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Lagos Island.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and monitor the overall financial health of the organization.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, managing internal financial controls, and providing leadership to the finance team.
The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to optimize financial performance and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
Experience in regulatory compliance and implementation of internal controls
Leadership and teamwork capabilities to manage and mentor a finance team
Excellent knowledge of accounting software and financial tools
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or certification such as ACA/ACCA is an advantage)
Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the financial services sector
