This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic advice to support organizational growth.
The role also involves coordinating with internal and external auditors, optimizing financial processes, and supporting decision-making through financial insights.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting Principles, and Auditing standards
Strong skills in Risk Management, Cash Flow Analysis, and Cost Optimization
Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Communication
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Software
Ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial standards
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAN is an advantage
Work experience in the healthcare or diagnostic services industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
