CIG (GAC Motors) is recruiting for a Finance Manager, He or She will support the Strategic alignment of corporate financial management at the Aftersales unit.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the management of aftersales accounts receivable and accounts payable; assist in customer credit management and participate in the supervision of the credit customer implementation process .
Monitor aftersale parts inventory management, focus on turnover rate, overdue inventory. Participate in inventory monitoring
Supervise and improve the process related to insurance claims business.
Audit after-sales expenses, document integrity, improve the relevant process standards.
Supervise after-sales warehouse management, old parts management, long-term inventory management, used oil management, tools and equipment management, paint accessories management, vehicle under repair management, etc.
Improve after-sales labor cost accounting, and assist in the establishment of work hour standards to correspond to work orders in the future.
Monthly after-sales business data analysis
Following and timely updating supplier price changes, market competition.
Keep close contact with domestic supply chain, manufacturers' claims and other aspects of the work, familiar with manufacturers' related policies.
Qualifications
Graduated from top university (experience studying abroad is a plus) / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
6+ years of financial management experience in the automotive aftersale industry
Have excellent logical thinking, communication, stress resistance and learning abilities
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
