    Finance Executive

    The Finance Executive is responsible for the management of the company's financial processes and operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting senior management in strategic financial planning. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
      • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
      • Present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
    2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
      • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
      • Monitor and report on budget variances and financial performance.
      • Assist in the preparation of long-term financial forecasts and strategic plans.
    3. Financial Analysis:
      • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
      • Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
      • Provide financial modeling for various scenarios and business initiatives.
    4. Compliance and Audit:
      • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
      • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
      • Maintain and update internal financial policies and procedures.
    5. Cash Management:
      • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
      • Optimize cash management processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
      • Oversee treasury functions and investment activities.
    6. Tax Planning and Management:
      • Manage tax compliance and planning, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings.
      • Work with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
    7. Financial Strategy:
      • Support senior management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
      • Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
      • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    8. Risk Management:
      • Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
      • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
      • Maintain appropriate levels of insurance coverage.
