Finance and Administrative Manager at Ceesolar

Responsibilities

• Create, close and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts and budgets.
• Manage monthly and quarterly general ledger, closing procedures and financial statement preparation to drive accurate reporting.
• Implement new procedures, products and software to transition primarily transactional business into holistic financial planning office.
• Create business intelligence and product portfolio analysis from monthly P&L reports.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, workflows and policies for reconciling and reporting on accounting activities.
• Organize data and forecasts to help complete accurate quarterly, yearly and project-specific budgets.
• Maintain positive relationships with stockholders, investors and industry partners funding key projects and programs.
• Review operational data to forecast trends and prepare reports for use in strategic business decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management to aid in key financial planning and decision-making.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, workflows and policies for reconciling and reporting on accounting activities.
• Perform other duties as delegated by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
