    Field Service Center Officers

    Job Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensure to meet target on CICO services.
    • On-board viable agents/business owners.
    • Offer ANL products and services.
    • Provide first level support to agents.
    • Ensure compliance to ALL processes.
    • Escalate operational related issues.
    • Ensure logbook is appropriately filled.
    • Daily Remittance of commission.
    • Daily report sharing.

    Education / Other requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • At least 3 months experience in POS business.
