Field Service Center Officers

- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure to meet target on CICO services.
- On-board viable agents/business owners.
- Offer ANL products and services.
- Provide first level support to agents.
- Ensure compliance to ALL processes.
- Escalate operational related issues.
- Ensure logbook is appropriately filled.
- Daily Remittance of commission.
- Daily report sharing.
Education / Other requirements
- Minimum of SSCE
- Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 months experience in POS business.
