    Field Service Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Provide professional and courteous customer service to improve business performance.
    • Maintain broad knowledge and demonstration of company products and services.
    • Perform clerical duties like operating machines (printers, scanner, biometric devices etc), data entry and general activity.
    • Providing on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks professionally and in a timely manner.
    • Collaborating with colleagues and sharing information to ensure top-notch customer support.
    • Managing work progress and ensuring adherence to set target / schedules.
    • Tracking and documenting work progress and writing service reports.
    • Adhering to all of the company's policies, rules and regulations.
    • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Participate in other assigned duties to support company’s professional growth.

    Requirements

    • Minimum OND or its equivalent
    • Must be a computer literate / tech enthusiast
    • Ability to speak in English and any other local dialect
    • Presentable with smart outlook
    • Great Accuracy and accountability skill
    • Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
    • Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Previous experience as a field service agent or in a related service role.
    • Experience and ability to work directly with all customers.
    • Attention to details
    • Strong working knowledge and experience with mobile tools and applications.
    • Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.

    Salary
    NGN 35,000 Monthly.
