    Field Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to- door, consumer presentations etc)
    • Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential customers
    • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Evaluate customers, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
    • Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for customers
    • Meet personal and team sales targets
    • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
    • Monitoring competitors’ sales
    • Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
    • Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
    • “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
    • Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
    • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
    • Attend online and in-person trade shows, sales events and exhibitions on behalf of the company
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Manage sales-productivity software tools to effectively track selling activities
    • Work onsite at prospect sites delivering sales presentations and collecting information about the customers to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase your chances of completing a sale
    • Prepare and submit reports to the Field/Area Sales Manager
    • Evaluate and report on KPIs
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • At least 1 year cognate experience
    • HND/ BSc Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines.
    • Good experience in field sales
    • Good analytical and communication skill
    • Honest and transparent
