Field Sales / Marketing Officer at People Apex Solution

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new leads within assigned sales territory
• Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building material markets, and retail outlets to promote products
• Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
• Educate potential and existing customers on the benefits of using the platform and its product offerings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and minimize product returns

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• 1–2 years of relevant sales or field marketing experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
• Age: 22–35 years Key Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
• Good knowledge of Lagos (Island and Mainland) construction markets and retail hubs
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
