    Field Sales Manager - Indirect Channel (South-West)

    • M-KOPA is looking to hire a Field Sales Manager - Indirect Channel (South-West). This role is responsible for recruiting and managing Direct Sales Representative at territory level.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks.
    • Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.
    • Recruit train, coach and supervise a team of in-store sales promoters.
    • Keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of in-store promoters to meet sales targets and performance standards.
    • Manage in-store promoters' stock inventory.
    • Assign targets to stores within the designated territory.
    • Design sales and marketing strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales targets are reached.
    • Monitor, analyze competitive activities in the Channel and report same to the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Prepare and submit weekly activity plans and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • HND/bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field.
    • 3+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
    • Proficient in Ms Excel skills,
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin
    • Should have a process-oriented mindset
    • Excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills
    • Good Planning and Organization Skills
