Description
- We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to grow our retail lending business.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire retailers, merchants, and SME customers.
- Promote working capital and asset financing solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Support customer onboarding and loan disbursement.
- Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, banking, fintech, lending, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven sales.
