    Field Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth across key sectors, including agro-allied industries. The company provides industrial equipment and engineering solutions that support operational efficiency for businesses, with a strong footprint in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and indirectly, agriculture.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging B2B clients, particularly within the agricultural value chain such as agro-processors, warehouses, and large-scale farms. Our products—ranging from material handling equipment to industrial tyres and compressors—play a vital role in improving productivity, storage, and distribution within agribusiness operations.
    • The ideal candidate will combine strong field sales experience with an understanding of how industrial solutions support agricultural activities. You will be expected to build and manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and position products as essential tools for efficient operations across agro-related businesses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
    • Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
    • Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products or solutions.
    • Promote and sell industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
    • Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND in a relevant field.
    • At least 2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (field and/or telesales).
    • Prior experience in B2B field sales is mandatory.
    • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and work ethic.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
